When a document is needed in a foreign country, Legalization or Authentication by a Consulate or Embassy may be required, especially for countries outside the Hague/Apostille Convention. The process involves a series of authentications, starting with Notarization or Certification and concluding with validation by the Embassy or Consulate of the country where the document will be submitted.

Travel fees may apply for mobile services. Appointments canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the travel fee; the fingerprinting fee will be refunded.
Clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of service. North Jersey Mobile Fingerprints is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
